iWise is a web interface that allows you
to work with the wealth of information available in your school databases
wherever you are, whether you're on a PC or a Mac.
In iWise, with a click of a few buttons, you will see timetables,
export class lists to Excel, produce colour graphs, view and record
absences, and create your academic reports. Importantly, iWise isn’t just
about entering and displaying data, it’s about automating workflow. For
example, you can email staff a list of their absent students, or remind
staff to complete their academic reports.
iWise can act as a stand alone school administration system and can also
integrate with other key systems such as Moodle, Timetabler, Timechart,
Edval, Maze, FirstClass, Micropay. This means you can start using iWise straight
away to bring your critical data sources together into a single portal interface.
iWise for Maze users is flexible enough to fit in with your modified
version of Maze and allows you to activate features to suit your
